We want you to be confident in your purchase. If the Ultra Air Cooler isn't right for you, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days from the date of delivery.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• Refunds apply to the product price; original shipping fees may not be refundable.

2. How to request a refund

To start a refund, contact us via the Contact page and include:

• Your order number.
• The email address used on the original order.
• A brief note on why you're requesting the refund.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and, where applicable, a return address.

3. Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend a tracked service so the return can be confirmed on arrival.

4. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your provider.

5. Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.

6. Non-refundable items

• Items damaged through misuse or unauthorised modification.
• Items returned outside the 60-day window.
• Promotional or free items received with an order.

7. Cancellations

To cancel before an order ships, contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be returned under the standard refund process above.
