Shipping & Delivery

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of being placed. During heat-wave demand spikes, processing can take an extra day or two.

Carriers & transit times

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear after you receive the email.

International orders

Where international shipping is available, transit times vary by destination and customs processing. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Delayed or lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated for several business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't locate it, contact us with your order number and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier. Most "missing" packages turn up within a few days or are reshipped at no cost to you.

Wrong or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
